What is the procedure to qualify for an Administrator, Dependent Administrator, Administrator With Will Annexed, Executor bond?

Let’s get started!

  1. Click here to download the bond application

  2. Obtain a copy of the Order Appointing (River City Bonding accepts a photocopy or conformed copy of the order appointing; a court certified copy is NOT required).

  3. Once the application is complete, please fax, email, or mail the completed bond application AND a copy of the Order Appointing.

  4. We will review the submitted application and, in most cases, run a credit report on the applicant.

  5. We will contact the attorney or client as directed after reviewing the documents submitted.

Important Considerations

  • The initial bond fee must be paid prior to the bond leaving our office.

  • Please call for an appointment if an office visit is needed.

  • Payment Options: Checks are payable to River City Bonding, PLLC or debit/credit card by phone.

  • The bond fee is based on the amount of the bond. Please call for more information.
